MSA Skullgard Full Brim Protective Hard Hat

MSA's iconic Skullgard Full Brim Hard Hat with the FasTrac III Ratchet Suspension feature heavy-duty construction for use in steel mills, with iron workers and other construction and heavy industries where elevated temperatures are common. The MSA Skullgard meet or exceed the applicable requirements for a Type I helmet (top impact) as outlined in ANSI Z89.1-2014, Glass G (Electrical-low voltage). Designed to offer outstanding protection in hot and dangerous industries, the Skullgard Protective Hat sets the standard for environments such as steel mills. Skullgard helmets have been tested to radiant heat loads producing temperatures up to, but not exceeding, 350° F. Smooth crown for easy use of MSA welding equipment.
