Overview

The ASCO™ Series RCS Redundant Control System is a fully integrated pilot valve system designed to improve process safety, reliability, and equipment availability. It uses redundant solenoid configurations with automated testing and diagnostic feedback to minimize nuisance trips and detect potential faults. The system supports 2oo2 and 2oo3 configurations, SIL 3-capable applications, and online maintenance. It is suitable for emergency shutdown systems, burner management, HIPPS, flaring, and process valve applications.
