Overview

Lakewood’s boiler conductivity sensors provide accurate, dependable measurement under extreme conditions. The SR and HD sensors handle standard and harsh-duty environments, while the SR4 four-electrode sensor works with sample coolers. Options include sensors alone or with conduit elbows and 20′ cables. Compatible with all Lakewood controllers, including the Model 3175, these sensors enable effective tracking of boiler water conductivity over time.

1. SR Sensor (Standard Duty)

  • Measurement Range: 500–10,000 µS
  • Temperature: Rated up to 486°F (252°C)
  • Pressure: Rated up to 600 psi
  • Temperature Compensation: Not required
  • Models:
    • 1167162 – Sensor only
    • 1168374 – Sensor with conduit elbow, 20′ cable

2. HD SR Sensor (Harsh Duty)

  • Same range and ratings as SR sensor
  • Designed for high-amine or harsh environments
  • Models:
    • 1229841 – HD sensor only
    • 1229843 – HD sensor with conduit elbow, 20′ cable

3. SR4 Sensor (Four-Electrode)

  • For use with sample coolers
  • Models:

1168375 – SR4 sensor with 20′ cable
