Capacitance Tank Alarms (PVDF/Kynar) provide reliable liquid level detection in difficult applications where floats or ultrasonics fail. Designed for tanks with buildup, scale, or viscous liquids, they mount easily from the top of the tank and require no calibration while delivering dependable level alarm monitoring.

Overview

Capacitance Tank Alarms use advanced capacitance sensing technology to detect liquid levels in challenging environments where traditional float switches or ultrasonic sensors are ineffective. They are ideal for tanks with heavy buildup, coatings, crystallization, or viscous liquids. The sensor mounts vertically from the top of the tank, allowing simple installation and easy adjustment without calibration. Constructed with PVDF (Kynar) materials, these alarms are suitable for corrosive environments and can also operate reliably in metal tanks.
