Get A QuoteThe CMCP7500MMS Machinery Monitoring System is an HMI (Human Machine Interface) based Machinery Protection System. The CMCP7500MMS is available in 8, 16, 24 and 32 Channels as Standard Options. The CMCP7500MMS continuously monitors input from Channel Input Modules (Transmitters). The CMCP7500MMS is easily configured in the field to accept any Velocity, Acceleration, Enveloping, Displacement, Thrust or Temperature input by selecting the required Channel Input Module and entering the appropriate values in the HMI. Channels can be individually turned Off or On to reflect actual channels used.
The CMCP7500MMS uses a 7” color touch screen with 800 x 480 resolution. 9” or larger is available optionally.The CMCP7500MMS’s built in Web Server allows remote viewing (or editing) by any internet connected PC or Smart Phone. The CMCP7500MMS HMI is available mounted in a Painted Steel or Stainless Steel Enclosure, 19” EIA Panel Mount and with just Display and Back Plate for remote mounting of the Display.
The CMCP7500MMS’s 10/100 Base Ethernet Connections allow it to be easily by connected by Modbus TCP/IP to the plants PLC/DCS or Historian for additional display or trending. Other protocols are available optionally. See Datasheet for Screen Sample.
