The Honeywell Sensepoint XRL is a fixed-point gas detector designed for continuous monitoring of flammable and toxic gases in industrial and hazardous environments. It is available in different sensor configurations and provides flexible mA or Modbus RTU outputs for integration with gas detection controllers, PLCs, and building or industrial monitoring systems.

Get A QuoteA key feature of the Sensepoint XRL is its Bluetooth® connectivity. Technicians can use the Honeywell Sensepoint mobile app with a smartphone or tablet to configure the detector, set alarm levels, perform calibration and testing, review diagnostics, and generate commissioning or maintenance reports. This allows many service activities to be performed without physically opening the detector, helping reduce maintenance time and the need for hot-work permits.
The detector uses a highly visible multicolor status indicator to provide quick visual information. Green indicates normal operation, red indicates an alarm, yellow indicates a fault, and blue indicates Bluetooth activity or connection. Its IP66/NEMA 4X enclosure is designed for outdoor and demanding industrial applications.
