Overview

The SRX300-SYS-JB is a bundled hardware and software security gateway from Juniper’s SRX300 series. It is built to provide integrated network security and connectivity for small offices, retail branches, and remote sites.

It includes both the physical appliance and Junos OS Base software, enabling core security and networking functions such as firewall protection, NAT, IPsec VPN, routing, MPLS support, and basic switching features.

Designed in a compact desktop form factor, the device is suitable for space-constrained deployments while still offering enterprise-grade performance. It is commonly used as an edge security gateway to protect branch networks and manage secure connectivity to headquarters or cloud environments.
