Overview

This advanced measuring light grid is built for demanding industrial applications that require precise object profiling and dimensional measurement. With a modular design and multiple communication interfaces like IO-Link, PROFINET, EtherCAT®, and EtherNet/IP™, it seamlessly integrates into automated systems. The device supports tasks such as detecting small defects, measuring layered materials, and monitoring transparent or irregular objects, while ensuring robust data security and compatibility with industrial controllers.

Beam separation: 2.5 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm, 50 mm

Sensing range: 20 m (in transparent mode: 4 m)

Measuring field heights: 140 mm to 3,140 mm

Functions: Cross beam, measuring; high-speed scan; transparent mode; material teach-in

Cybersecurity standard IEC 62443

Interfaces: Analog, RS-485, IO-Link, PROFINET, EtherCAT®, etc.
