Overview

TBX-TBI SideStreamClean is an advanced packaged side-stream filtration system for HVAC condenser, chilled, and hot water applications. It uses centrifugal separation to remove fine solids efficiently without screens or cartridges. The system includes a high-efficiency separator, low-head pump, solids collection vessel, and automated purge valve for continuous operation. It removes up to 98% of solids (74 microns+) and 99% in recirculation, reducing maintenance, energy use, and equipment wear while improving overall system performance and reliability.
