VEGADIF 85 is a universal differential pressure transmitter designed for accurate measurement of liquids, gases, and vapours in industrial process applications. Featuring a metallic measuring diaphragm, an accuracy of ±0.065%, and an integrated overload protection system, it delivers reliable measurement of very low differential pressures. It is suitable for level measurement in pressurised vessels, flow monitoring, filter monitoring, density measurement, and interface detection.

Overview

The VEGADIF 85 offers differential pressure measuring ranges up to −40 to +40 bar and process pressures up to 400 bar. It supports process temperatures from −90°C to +400°C, depending on configuration, and provides 4–20 mA/HART, PROFIBUS PA, and FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication options. Its wetted materials include 316L stainless steel, Alloy C276, gold, and Superduplex. With IP66/IP67 and IP68 protection options, Bluetooth configuration, and SIL2 qualification, it is suitable for demanding industrial process environments.
