VEGAPASS 81 Bypass System is a bypass standpipe system designed for continuous external level measurement in combination with VEGAFLEX sensors. It enables reliable and accurate monitoring by maintaining the same liquid level inside both the vessel and standpipe.

Overview

The VEGAPASS 81 Bypass System is engineered for continuous level measurement outside process vessels using VEGAFLEX guided radar sensors. Its standpipe bypass design connects laterally to the vessel through process fittings, ensuring equal liquid levels between the tank and bypass chamber. This configuration enables accurate, maintenance-friendly level monitoring while allowing sensor installation outside the vessel, making it suitable for industrial process and storage applications.
