Overview

The VHV5-SRV Inline Barcode Verification System enables real-time barcode quality verification at production speed, reducing reliance on offline sample checks. It supports ISO/IEC 15416, ISO/IEC 15415, and ISO/IEC TR 29158 standards for 1D, 2D, and DPM codes. Internal or external lighting configurations accommodate labels, packages, curved surfaces, and irregular parts, while automatic flat-field correction helps maintain consistent verification performance across different setups.
