Get A QuoteThe FST100-ORP105 Smart ORP Sensor utilizes an advanced electrode measurement method with a platinum indicator electrode and reference electrode to accurately measure oxidation-reduction potential (ORP) in liquids. It simultaneously measures ORP and temperature, ensuring reliable performance through automatic temperature compensation.
Designed for seamless integration with PLCs, DCS, industrial controllers, SCADA systems, and data loggers, the sensor supports RS485 (Modbus RTU) or 4–20 mA output for flexible industrial connectivity. Its dual high-impedance differential amplifier provides excellent anti-interference capability and fast response, while the rugged IP68-rated PPS housing enables long-term operation in submerged or pipeline installations.
The FST100-ORP105 is widely used in water treatment plants, chemical processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, food and beverage production, environmental protection systems, metallurgy, fertilizer plants, and municipal water supply monitoring.
