The Honeywell E3Point™ Gas Monitor is a fixed toxic and combustible gas monitoring system designed primarily for commercial buildings and indoor/outdoor building-service areas. It continuously monitors hazardous gases and can operate as a standalone detector, a dual-gas system with a remote sensor, or as part of a networked gas monitoring system. It is commonly used to improve occupant safety while also supporting demand-controlled ventilation (DCV) to help reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

Get A QuoteE3Point can detect gases including carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO₂), oxygen (O₂), hydrogen (H₂), hydrogen sulfide (H₂S), methane (CH₄), and propane (C₃H₈), depending on the installed sensor cartridge. Toxic gases use electrochemical sensing technology, while combustible gases use catalytic-bead sensors. Factory-calibrated, plug-and-play sensor cartridges simplify installation and replacement.
The monitor supports 4–20 mA analog output as well as digital integration options including BACnet and Modbus for compatible network configurations. It also includes an onboard audible alarm, LCD display, status LEDs, and two programmable DPDT relays. Honeywell specifies applications including parking structures, boiler rooms, commercial kitchens, battery-charging facilities, hospital/ambulance bays, loading docks, and transport terminals.
