Overview

The Baumer FOC 500C6Y00 is a compact photoelectric leakage and liquid detection sensor featuring a chemically resistant plastic fiber optic construction. It uses a rectangular PFA sensing head with a 0 mm sensing distance and direct contact with the medium. The sensor operates from -30 to +70°C, with a 500 cm plastic fiber-optic cable that can be shortened as required. Its 1 mm fiber, 20 mm minimum fixed bending radius, and chemically resistant PFA cable jacket support flexible installation in demanding process environments.
