BTF Series comprises ultra-compact, thin-type photoelectric sensors designed for precise object detection in space-constrained industrial applications. With an ultra-thin profile of just 3.7 mm, built-in amplifiers, and the ability to detect tiny objects such as metallic wires and semiconductor chips, the series offers reliable sensing performance. Its IP67 protection and stainless-steel mounting brackets make it suitable for manufacturing, packaging, electronics assembly, and automated production lines.

Overview

The BTF Series includes through-beam, diffuse-reflective, and background-suppression reflective models to accommodate diverse sensing requirements. It provides a maximum detection distance of 1 m for through-beam models and can detect objects as small as 0.2 mm with selected reflective models. Operating on a 12–24 VDC supply, the sensors feature a response time of up to 1 ms, red operation indicators, green stability indicators, and IP67 protection. These features support precise detection, inspection, and reliable industrial automation.
