TMH Series comprises advanced modular multi-channel PID temperature controllers designed for precise temperature regulation in industrial automation. Supporting simultaneous control of 2 or 4 channels per module, the series offers a fast 50 ms sampling cycle and measurement accuracy of up to ±0.3%. Its expandable architecture, flexible input/output options, and simultaneous heating and cooling control make it suitable for manufacturing, packaging machinery, and industrial process control.

Overview

The TMH Series supports thermocouple, RTD, and analog inputs, with selectable relay, SSR drive, or current outputs depending on the model. Modules can be expanded up to 32 units, supporting up to 128 control channels. RS485 communication with Modbus RTU enables integration with PLCs and PC-based monitoring systems, while DAQMaster software simplifies parameter configuration. Its detachable body and base terminal design supports convenient maintenance and flexible system expansion in demanding industrial environments.

TMH2/4 Series (Control Modules)

  • Multi-channel (2-channel/4-channel) input and output control
    : Expandable up to 32 units (up to 128 channels)
  • 50 ms high-speed sampling rate and up to ±0.3% measurement accuracy
  • Simultaneous heating and cooling control function and auto/manual control mode

TMHC (Communication Modules)

  • Allows connection of control modules and option modules to master devices
  • Connect up to 32 control/option modules (up to 1,024 channels) per module
  • RS422/RS485 (PLC Ladderless, ModbusRTU), Ethernet Communication

TMHA (Analog Input/Output Option Modules)

  • 4 channels, various input types/temperature ranges/transmission outputs
  • 50 ms high-speed sampling rate and up to ±0.3% measurement accuracy

TMHE (Digital Input/Alarm Output Option Modules)

  • 8 digital inputs / 8 alarm outputs

TMHCT (CT Input Option Modules)

  • 8 CT inputs
