Allen Bradley 1746-NI8 PLC I/O Digital Expansion Module for SLC 500


Customise your control system and expand your PLC/SLC capabilities with the 1746 Analogue Input module, designed to be compatible with SLC 500 controllers. This compact, low-cost module provides additional I/O for applications alongside the embedded I/O provided by the controller, for greater functionality.


The 1746-NI8 is a high-density, 8-channel input module which is ideally suited for demanding process control applications with a large number of analogue input signals. It provides fast analogue signal conversion and high accuracy to ensure optimal efficiency. For simplified troubleshooting this module features 9 green LED status indicators, one for module status and one for each of the 8 channels. The module also performs continuous autocalibration. The Voltage category is -20…+20 mA (or) -10…+10V DC. Output current is 10mA.
