Get A QuoteThe valve features a top bushing designed to absorb actuator side thrust loads, ensuring smooth operation and prolonging the valve’s service life. Its actuator flange is built according to ISO 5211 standards, making it compatible with a wide range of actuators. Additionally, the valve's high-solids, glossy, silicone-free paint system offers superior corrosion resistance, making it ideal for harsh environments.
A key benefit of the design is the extended body neck, which allows for proper pipe insulation, ensuring better thermal management during operation. Installation is also simplified through body locating holes, which make it easier to center the valve between flanges. The rounded and polished disc edge ensures full concentric sealing, reducing torque requirements, enhancing seat life, and providing reliable, bubble-tight shutoff performance.
The valve seat is field-replaceable and provides full isolation between the body and stem from the flow, ensuring safety and durability in various operating conditions. The primary stem sealing exceeds the valve's pressure rating, offering enhanced leakage prevention, while a secondary shaft sealing acts as a backup for added safety. Notably, no flange gaskets are required, further simplifying installation and maintenance.
With a high Cv value, the valve is designed to provide optimal flow performance. Additionally, it features top and bottom shaft bearings, ensuring optimized support and minimal friction for all body materials up to DN 300, except cast iron, promoting smooth operation and extended durability across diverse applications.
