Designed according to JIS standards, the Pure-seal valve meets rigorous quality criteria for sealing and durability. The actuator mounting flange is built in compliance with ISO 5211, enhancing ease of use and compatibility with a wide range of actuators.
This valve features excellent sealing and elasticity, which contributes to its superior performance in demanding environments. Its one-piece through shaft offers maximum strength, further ensuring blow-out resistance, a critical factor in high-pressure applications. Additionally, the integrally cast disc position stop precisely locates the disc in the seat, maximizing both seat and seal life, providing added longevity and reduced maintenance requirements.
Variations with NBR or FKM seats, as well as other material combinations, are available upon special request, offering flexibility to meet specific operational needs. The design also allows for fast and simple seat replacement, minimizing downtime and improving serviceability. This valve is type-approved by various major shipping classes, confirming its suitability for marine and other industrial environments.
Its tangential, low-stress disc pins and double-offset operating principle further enhance durability by minimizing seat wear, making it suitable for long-life applications.
