Named after its fine M5 x 0.5 thread, the sensor head is built for installation in restricted spaces, narrow pipelines, and engine test stands where traditional sensors are too large.

Get A QuoteThe Keller Series M5 Pressure Transducer are designed for taking measurements at close proximity in places where access is a problem and in very thin pipes. The front-flush design prevents gas bubbles interfering with fluid measurements and supports measurements up to 200°C without a cooling adapter. The extreme dynamic range of 0 to 50 kHz makes it possible to record very fast pulsations just as reliably as those associated with static pressure values. A vibration-resistant Teflon FEP cable (IP67) ensures the 80 mV output signal is routed securely out of the hot environment.
Its un-isolated, low-dead-volume silicon diaphragm sits directly flush with the pressure media. This design minimizes air bubble entrapment and fluid disturbance, making it effective for recording fast pressure transients, acoustic waves, and rapid pulsation.
