Note

Installations subject to high vibration should be panel mounted (as opposed to DIN rail mounted). A 50mm space should be left on all sides around units to provide adequate ventilation.

Allen Bradley I/O Module For Use With Micro 830 Series, 0V to 10V - 2080-IF4


Choose this input module from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range to receive signals from switches or sensors and send them to a central processor. It enhances system efficiency and improves safety levels while reducing logistical challenges associated with complex data transfer systems. Plug-in technology lets you easily fit it to a terminal block for simple and speedy mounting. This device is compatible with PLCs (programmable logic controllers) from Rockwell Automation's Micro 830 series.

You can choose to wire this plug-in module before inserting it into the controller or wire it once the module is secured in place.


Which wire sizes are compatible with this I/O module?


You can use solid wires ranging in size from 26 to 16AWG (American Wire Gauge) or stranded wires with a diameter of between 26 and 18AWG.
