Overview

The CMCP7504 Four Channel Machinery Monitoring System is a four channel API 670 compliant continuous monitoring system for use with Proximity Probes, Accelerometers, Velocity Transducers, and Analog Output sensors. In addition, the system also allows for a single temperature and speed input for readout and visual alarming. A 4.3" LCD display provides easy to read bar graphs for the overall vibration value and alarm indicators


The CMCP7504 is capable of monitoring in Velocity, Acceleration, Enveloped Acceleration (gE), Displacement and Thrust Position with Peak, RMS or Peak to Peak detection. Each input is accompanied by an isolated 4-20 mA output, voltage output, alert relay output, danger relay output and two (2) buffered raw signal outputs.


The front mounted BNC buffered outputs allow access to the sensors raw unprocessed signal with a portable vibration analyzer while the analog outputs provide continuous communication facilitating PLC, DCS or SCADA systems. A Modbus TCP/IP output is available at the terminal strip.
