Overview

Easily program your desired batch volume and let the controller do the rest. The bright, backlit 6-digit display provides clear visibility, even in challenging
environments.

With a weather-resistant IP66/67 and NEMA4X enclosure, you can trust the EB40 Batch controller to perform reliably, indoors or out. Retain your settings, ensuring consistent operation even after a power loss.

  • Input Types & Frequency: Reed Switch – (120Hz), NPN (hall effect sensor) – (2kHz), Variable Reluctance Coils (Turbine Flowmeters) – (2kHz), Weigand Sensors (voltage pulse signals) – (2kHz), Coil (15mV pk-pk min.)
  • Control Outputs: NPN (open collector, sinking) output, 30Vdc / 1A maximum
  • Enclosure: Glass reinforced Nylon (PA6) with a Polycarbonate lens, Santoprene gasket, polyester decal. Enclosure provides an IP rating of IP65 Optional powder coated Aluminium enclosure
  • Power Requirements: Regulated 12V ~ 30V DC
