ISOMAG MS2420 High Accuracy Electromagnetic Flow Sensor is specifically engineered for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical applications requiring sanitary design and precision measurement. The hygienic sensor allows easy disassembly for inspection or gasket replacement and is ideal for CIP cycles. It is vacuum resistant (down to 200 mbar absolute at 100°C) and carries 3A and FDA certifications for sanitary compliance.

Overview

MS2420 Features include accuracy up to ±0.2%, five standard sizes from 1″ to 4″ (smaller sizes available upon request), and flow ranges from 2.4 to 1246 GPM. With a 230 PSI pressure rating, bi-directional measurement, no moving parts, no pressure drop, minimal straight pipe requirements, factory wet calibration, integral ground electrode, and suitability for vacuum service, the MS2420 ensures reliable, maintenance-free performance in hygienic environments.
