FLOMOTION MV800 Ultra-Compact Electromagnetic Flow Meter Converter is designed for seamless connection to full-bore ISOMAG® sensors, delivering precise and dependable flow measurement in a compact, rugged package. Ideal for industrial environments, it supports liquids with a minimum conductivity of 20 µS/cm and provides stable, high-accuracy performance.

Overview

MV800 Features include ±0.5% of reading accuracy, durable cast aluminum housing with NEMA 6 (IP67) protection, and 10–30 VDC power supply with a 5-pin electrical connector. Programming is performed via PC using dedicated software. A blind version is available for high-humidity environments or applications where local flow indication is not required.

• Measuring accuracy: +/- 0.5% of reading 

• Housing: cast aluminum or 304 SS 

• Protection rating: Nema 6 (IP 67)

 • Ambient Temperature: -4 to +140 °F (-20 to +60°C)  

• Power supply: 10 - 30 VDC @1W 

• Electrical connections via 5-pin plug 

• PC programming via dedicated software (MCP Protocol)

• Display: Custom LCD, dimensions 2.36 x 1.6” (60 x 40 mm)
