Overview

The NBB4-12GM50-E2-V1 inductive sensor is a compact cylindrical proximity sensor designed for reliable non-contact detection of metal objects in industrial automation applications. It features a 4 mm sensing distance with flush mounting capability, making it suitable for installations where space is limited and accurate detection is required. The sensor supports PNP output with normally open switching and operates within a 6–36 V DC voltage range, ensuring compatibility with a wide variety of control systems.

Built with a brass housing coated with white bronze and a PBT sensing face, the sensor offers strong durability and resistance to harsh industrial environments. Its IP65/IP66/IP67/IP68 protection ratings allow dependable performance even in dusty or wet conditions. With features such as reverse polarity protection, short-circuit protection, and LED switching indication, the device ensures safe operation and easy status monitoring. The wide temperature range from −40 °C to +85 °C further enhances its reliability in demanding industrial environments.
