Get A Quote3 & 4 Port Injection Quills are available in standard process connection sizes of 1″, 1½″, and 2″ MNPT. The quills are constructed using 316 stainless steel wetted material for corrosion resistance and durability. Each unit is shipped fully assembled with 1/4″ ball valves and check valves installed on every line to prevent backflow. The quill injection ports can be staggered in length to avoid chemical contact before entering the process stream. Custom insertion lengths are available upon request to meet specific installation and pipeline design requirements.
