Orifice Unions are precision flow-measurement fittings designed to allow installation of an orifice plate within a piping system. The orifice plate creates a controlled restriction in the flow stream, enabling accurate flow monitoring and measurement in process pipelines.

Union Materials: Forged Steel (A105) or 316 SS.

Plate Material: Type 316 SS.

Fitting Class: Rated Class 3000.

Sizes: 1/2", 3/4", and 1" FNPT.

Components: Precision machined.

Standard Plate Kits: 2-plate or 4-plate sets.

Standard Hole Diameters: .062", .125", .188", .250".

Customization: Blank plates or custom-machined orifices available.

Connections: Threaded (custom sizes on request).

Versatility: Individual plates sold separately.
