Overview

The QC Series includes an internal check valve to prevent backflow, while the QB Series does not include an internal check. Both models feature male-male NPT pump and process connections and are available in multiple materials including 316 SS, PVC, CPVC, Kynar, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C276. Custom lengths are also available to meet specific installation requirements.

SS & Alloy Rating: 3000 PSI @ 750°F (400°C).

PVC Rating: 150 PSI @ 120°F (49°C).

CPVC Rating: 150 PSI @ 190°F (88°C).

Kynar Rating: 150 PSI @ 200°F (93.3°C).

QC Crack Pressure: Less than 7 psi.

Standard Length: 2 3/4".

Maximum Length: Up to 24".

1/2" MNPT Dimensions: 1.87" Body Length, 1.00" Hex Size, .87" Thread Length.

3/4" MNPT Dimensions: 2.00" Body Length, 1.25" Hex Size, 1.12" Thread Length.

1" MNPT Dimensions: 3.00" Body Length, 1.50" Hex Size, 1.37" Thread Length.
