The SC-316 Sample Cooler is designed to safely reduce the temperature of hot water or steam samples for convenient handling and accurate sample collection. It is suitable for use in hot water, saturated steam, and superheated steam sampling applications.

Overview

SC-316 features rugged all-welded construction with internal baffles that maximize heat transfer efficiency. Built entirely from 316 stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The sample tubing is rated for 3500 psi at 750°F, while the shell is rated for 300 psi at 250°F. The unit provides approximately 1 sq. ft. of heat exchange area for reliable cooling performance in industrial sampling systems.
