CSS Corporation Stops are designed for safe insertion and withdrawal of injection nozzles in pressurized systems. Each unit includes a heavy-duty safety chain to prevent the nozzle from being completely withdrawn before the valve is closed, ensuring safe operation during maintenance and sampling procedures.

Overview

CSS Corporation Stops feature lead-free brass or 316 stainless steel valves and fittings with process connection sizes of 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/2" MNPT. Standard wetted materials include 316 SS, PVC, CPVC, Kynar, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C276, with optional check valves and custom insertion lengths available upon request.
