The QCC Injection Quill is designed for chemical injection applications where system shutdown for maintenance is not an option. It provides reliable chemical dosing while preventing backflow into the chemical feed line.

Overview

The QCC Injection Quill features MNPT process connections and FNPT pump-side connections, and includes a CVFM ball check valve and ball valve with Teflon seals. It comes standard with a 2¾″ injection quill and is available in custom lengths up to 24″.

Connections: MNPT process x FNPT pump side.

Crack Pressure: Tested at less than 7 psi.

Length: 2 3/4" standard; custom lengths available up to 24".

Components: Includes QB quill, ball valve with Teflon seals, and CVFM check valve.

Primary Use: Maintenance without system shutdown.

Backflow Prevention: Uses CVFM ball check valve to protect chemical feed lines.

Installation: Dual flat surfaces on nozzle for wrench access.

Assembly: Shipped fully assembled.

Ordering: Add length to part number (e.g., QCC-050-316-18)
