CSPV Corporation Stops are designed for safe and reliable nozzle insertion and withdrawal in municipal and potable water systems. Each unit includes a safety chain to prevent complete nozzle removal before closing the valve, ensuring secure operation during maintenance and sampling processes.

Overview

CSPV Corporation Stops feature durable plastic valves and fittings suitable for potable and municipal water applications. Available in 1/2", 3/4", 1", and 1-1/2" process connection sizes, these stops support NPT or AWWA thread options. Standard materials include PVC, CPVC, and Kynar, with optional check valves and custom insertion lengths available upon request.

Pump Side Connections: 1/2" FNPT.

Standard Quill Length: 2 3/4".

Custom Quill Lengths: Up to 24" available.

Metal Pressure Rating: 150 psi max.

Plastic Pressure Rating: 125–150 psi @ 70°F.

Temperature Range: 120°F (PVC) up to 350°F (Metal Alloys).

QCC Crack Pressure: Less than 7 psi.

QCBM/QCFM Crack Pressure: 10 psi.

Wetted Materials: 316 SS, PVC, Kynar, Alloy 20, and Hastelloy C276.

Safety Features: Dual safety chains for withdrawal protection.

Check Valve Options: CVFM (Ball/Spring), CVKY (Kynar), or CVSS (316 SS).

Installation Design: Dual flat surfaces for wrench use and V-notch for dispersal.
