Overview

The CS675 conductivity sensor from Sensorex provides reliable and durable conductivity measurement in high temperature and high pressure environments. Built with rugged wetted materials, it supports a range of operating conditions and customizable configurations to match specific monitoring needs. The sensor can be paired with online transmitters for continuous conductivity and total dissolved solids (TDS) control. Various temperature/pressure rating options and insertion lengths allow this sensor to be tailored to industrial processes requiring robust performance and long‑term stability.

General Construction

  • Wetted materials: 316 stainless steel and PEEK insulator for enhanced chemical and thermal resistance. 
  • Robust single‑body mechanical design for high pressure conditions. 
  • Designed for heavy‑duty industrial applications including boilers and process control. 

Cell Constants

  • Available cell constant options: 0.1/cm and 1.0/cm. 

Temperature and Pressure Ratings

  • Multiple rating choices depending on configuration:
    • 0–100°C with 0–200 psig capacity.
    • 0–200°C with 0–250 psig capacity.
    • 0–250°C with 0–600 psig capacity. 

Insertion Length Options

  • Standard insertion length for 0.1/cm constant. 
  • Standard insertion length for 1.0/cm constant. 
  • Extended insertion length variant available. 

Temperature Compensation

  • Typically includes Pt1000 temperature compensation element in listed configurations.  

Cable and Wiring

  • Choice of wire lead configurations including PVC‑jacketed or PTFE‑coated 4‑wire cable depending on temperature/pressure option selected. 
  • Standard color coding for wire designations. 

Physical Characteristics

  • Typical weight approximately 0.46 lbs (sensor only). 
  • Mounting and dimensions per product configuration. 

Usage and Compatibility

  • Suited for use with Sensorex online conductivity transmitters/controllers such as CX3000 and CX2000 for process monitoring and control.
