Overview

The Tektronix 4 Series B MSO offers 4 or 6 FlexChannels (analog/digital), upgradeable bandwidth (200 MHz-1.5 GHz), 6.25 GS/s sample rate, deep 31.25M/62.5M point records, and 12-bit resolution (up to 16-bit HiRes), featuring a large HD touchscreen, fast processor, advanced triggers (Visual Trigger), Spectrum View for RF analysis, and optional power/protocol analysis, making it powerful for mixed-signal debugging.

  • Channels: 4 or 6 FlexChannels (1 analog or 8 digital per channel).
  • Bandwidth: 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, 1 GHz, 1.5 GHz (upgradeable).
  • Sample Rate: 6.25 GS/s on all analog/digital channels.
  • Record Length: 31.25 Mpoints (standard), 62.5 Mpoints (optional).
  • Vertical Resolution: 12-bit ADC (up to 16-bit in High Res mode).
  • Display: 13.3-inch Full HD (1920x1080) capacitive touchscreen.
  • Waveform Capture Rate: >500,000 waveforms/sec.
