  • Channels: 4 Analog (DPO) or 4 Analog + 16 Digital (MSO).
  • Waveform Capture Rate: >300,000 wfms/s.
  • Digital Channels (MSO): 16 channels with 80 ps timing resolution.
  • Vertical Resolution: 8-bit, with 12-bit in high-resolution (HD) mode.
  • Triggering: 25 Gb/s Real-time Serial Trigger, advanced pattern/logic triggering.
  • Special Features: iCapture for analog view of digital signals, FastFrame segmented memory, extensive protocol support (PCIe, USB, MIPI, etc.).
