The Tektronix DPO70000SX ATI Oscilloscope datasheet series offers high-performance, scalable real-time signal capture up to 70 GHz with patented ATI (Asynchronous Time Interleaving) for low noise, enabling analysis for next-gen data comms (100G/400G), PCIe, DDR, and optical systems, featuring up to 200 GS/s sample rates, 14.1 Gbps serial triggering, and multi-unit scalability for more channels (up to 16) or higher bandwidth. Key specs include <40 ps glitch trigger, >25 GHz edge trigger, and integrated DPOJET for jitter/eye analysis, with a compact 3U form factor for versatile setups.
