The SUP‑RD903 radar level meter is a high‑frequency non‑contact level measurement instrument designed for solid material applications under challenging environments where dust, crystallization, or condensation are present. It uses a 26 GHz radar signal to accurately measure material levels up to 70 meters, providing reliable output via 4‑20 mA and digital communication (RS485/Modbus) with IP67 protection and wide temperature and pressure tolerances.

Overview

The SUP‑RD903 Radar Level Meter is engineered as an industrial‑grade solution for continuous level measurement of bulk solids in environments with strong dust, condensation, or crystallization conditions. With a measurement range up to 70 meters and ±15 mm accuracy, this radar transmitter ensures reliable level detection even in harsh process conditions. The device supports universal flange process connections, a broad temperature range of −40 °C to 250 °C, and pressure handling up to 4 MPa, making it suitable for large silos, hoppers, and bins used in industries such as minerals, chemicals, grains, and construction materials.

The SUP‑RD903 outputs industrial standard signals including 4‑20 mA and digital RS485/Modbus, facilitating integration with control systems and automation platforms. Robust construction and IP67 ingress protection ensure durability against moisture and dust ingress, while flexible power supply options accommodate both DC and AC installations.
