Overview

The WSR550 radar level meter utilizes FMCW (Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave) radar technology in the 76–81 GHz millimeter-wave band to deliver high-precision, non-contact level measurement for liquids, solids, and interfaces. The high operational frequency improves penetration through vapor, dust, and foam, ensuring accurate readings in environments where traditional technologies may struggle. With selectable measurement ranges, a rugged IP67 enclosure, and support for standard industrial communications like 4-20 mA, RS485, Modbus, and HART, the WSR550 is suited for diverse industrial applications. Installation can be via threaded or flanged process connections, and the transmitter can be configured for two-wire or four-wire power systems.
