Get A QuoteThe scanner is based on Zebra's industrial scanning technology and is available with either the SE4750-HP high-performance or SE4850-ER extended-range scan engine. It can capture 1D and 2D barcodes, postal codes and OCR, while its rugged housing is designed for demanding industrial environments. BARTEC specifies protection up to IP65, operation from -20°C to +50°C, and resistance to multiple drops from up to 3 meters onto concrete.
Unlike the wireless BCS3678ex-NI, the BCS3608ex-NI uses a cabled connection. It requires a compatible BARTEC Universal Supply Module (USM) or, for certain Zone 2/22 configurations, an approved HMI limiting cable to provide compliant power and data communication.
