Overview

The PPM-T232E Ultra High Pressure Pressure Transmitter is engineered for precise pressure measurement under extremely high-pressure conditions. It is manufactured using rare metal alloy materials and a fully welded stainless-steel housing, making it highly resistant to mechanical stress and harsh environments.

The device integrates laser temperature compensation and advanced digital signal processing circuitry, which enhances measurement stability and reduces long-term drift. With a wide operating temperature range and strong overload protection, the transmitter is suitable for continuous industrial operation where reliability is critical.

This model is widely used in industries such as metallurgy, petrochemical processing, high-pressure water jet systems, hydraulic presses, and food sterilization equipment, where accurate ultra-high pressure monitoring is required.

  • Long-term Stability: ≤ ±0.5% FS per year 
  • Operating Temperature: -40°C to +85°C (optional up to 125°C or 300°C) 
  • Compensation Temperature: -40°C to +80°C 
  • Output Signals: 4–20 mA, 0–5 VDC, 0–10 VDC, 0–20 mV options 
  • Power Supply: 12–36 VDC (transmitter version) 
  • Ingress Protection: IP65 / IP67 
  • Pressure Interface: M20×1.5, M16×1.5, 9/16-18 UNF, custom options available
