The PPM-T293F 1502 Hammer Union Pressure Transducer is purpose-built to meet the extreme requirements of oil and gas field operations, where high pressure, vibration, and harsh environmental conditions are common. This transducer integrates a rugged hammer union fitting, allowing quick and secure installation into high-pressure systems such as wellheads, choke manifolds, and fracturing equipment.

Designed with advanced sensing technology, the device converts pressure into stable electrical signals such as 4–20mA or voltage outputs, enabling seamless integration with monitoring and control systems. Its wide measurement range, extending from 0–5000 psi up to 0–20000 psi, makes it suitable for various high-pressure applications. The sensor delivers high accuracy and excellent repeatability, ensuring consistent performance over time.

In addition, the transducer is built using high-strength stainless steel materials, providing strong resistance to corrosion, shock, and vibration. With fast response time and long-term stability, it supports real-time monitoring in critical operations like hydraulic fracturing, cementing, and drilling.
